This page explains what happens to personal data when you visit peakcontrol.ai or write to us. We keep it short because we collect very little.
Who we are
PeakControl is responsible for the data described here. For any privacy question, write to contact@peakcontrol.ai.
Visiting the website
The website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising tools. Fonts, images and scripts are served from our own domain, so no third party sees your visit.
Our hosting provider, Vercel, processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the pages and protect the site from abuse. These logs are kept only for a limited period.
Writing to us
If you email us, for example to book a demo, we use your name, email address and message to reply and to organise the conversation you asked for. We rely on our legitimate interest in answering you and, where relevant, on steps you asked us to take before a contract (Art. 6(1)(f) and 6(1)(b) GDPR). Our email runs on Microsoft 365.
We keep this correspondence while it is useful for the conversation and any follow-up, and delete it when you ask us to.
Transfers outside the EU
Vercel and Microsoft may process data outside the European Economic Area. When they do, the transfer is covered by the safeguards the GDPR requires, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, or to receive it in a portable format. Write to contact@peakcontrol.ai and we will answer within one month. You can also complain to the data protection authority where you live or work.
Changes
If we start using new tools on this website, we will update this page and the date above.
